Fisher Barton Shares Company Success with First Payment of Bonus Program
WATERTOWN, WI. January 17, 2022 — Fisher Barton the premier manufacturer of high wear and cutting components is proud to announce the first payment of its ONE Fisher Barton Performance Pay Bonus Plan. The plan allows team members to earn an additional 5% of their pay quarterly when they meet productivity, quality, on-time delivery, and attendance targets.

The ONE Performance Pay Bonus Plan is only one way we increased our employee benefits package in 2021. As an employer of choice, Fisher Barton has supported our employees with the addition of these benefits to our already robust benefits offering:
- Additional PTO, paternity, and holiday time

- All eligible employees received a $1,250 bonus in March 2021
- Raised starting pay to least $17.50 in May 2021

- 92% of 2022 increase in health care costs funded by the company
