Hiring Process

At Fisher Barton, we work to simplify the hiring process and shorten the distance from application to employment. Taking your first steps on an exciting new career path to Fisher Barton is easy. Your journey to the career you always wanted starts now:

  • Identify an open position that you are interested in listed on our career site
  • Apply for an open position (you may also fill out a paper application at any one of our locations)
  • You will receive a confirmation email that we received your application
  • Your application will be reviewed in a timely manner (not all applicants will be contacted for an interview)
  • If chosen, you will be contacted to schedule an interview by phone, on-site or video (you may have more than 1 interview dependent on the position)
  • If selected for the position, you will receive a verbal offer and if accepted you will receive an email with a link to electronically sign your offer (not all applicants who are interviewed will receive an offer)
  • Once you have signed your offer you will start the Pre-Employment Process which includes a drug screen and background check (once successfully completed we will confirm your start date)
  • On-Boarding will begin when your Pre-Employment process is completed
